Changsha Mincheng New Materials Co., Ltd. is based in Changsha, Hunan, and supplies crosslinkers, flame retardants, blowing agents and precious-metal leaching reagents — nine families, more than forty grades — serving customers in PV, wire and cable, rubber and plastics compounding, mining, and agrochemical and pharmaceutical intermediates.
We start from the specification: turning a required figure into a specific grade and process window, checking each batch against its test data, keeping retention samples on file, and completing the paperwork an export needs. Grades are produced and tested under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015; TAIC and BIPB are REACH-registered, TBC is REACH pre-registered.
A complete range, consistent quality and fair pricing are the three standards we hold ourselves to; a long relationship matters more to us than one more order.

Diligence
There are no shortcuts in chemicals: right grade, stable batch, complete paperwork — all of it needs attention.
Honesty
No inflated specifications, no promises on lead times we cannot hold. If we cannot do it, we say so.
Shipped to order
One drum minimum, mixed grades in one shipment — small buyers are welcome.
The long run
We would rather lose an order than let a customer walk into a problem.
