2. What we collect

This is a static site: no accounts, no login, no shopping cart. We collect personal data only when you submit the enquiry form:

• the name, company, phone/WeChat and email you enter;
• your requirement description (product, volume, destination);
• minimal technical data needed to detect abuse (submission time, referring page).

The server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, time) for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use it

• to answer your enquiry and provide quotations and technical data;
• to perform contracts, arrange shipments and export documents;
• to prevent spam submissions and network attacks;
• to send product updates only where you have opted in.

We do not use your data for unrelated purposes and we do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing and cross-border transfer

To complete a quotation or order we may share the necessary data with freight forwarders, customs brokers or testing laboratories, limited to what that transaction requires. If you are outside China, your data will be transferred to and processed in China, with the safeguards required by the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL).

5. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for 24 months after the last contact. Contract and transaction records are kept for the periods required by law, generally not less than five years, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You may access, copy, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Write to us using the details above; we respond within 15 working days.

7. Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If analytics are introduced later, this page will be updated.
