Four checkpoints from enquiry to delivery
Specification review
Tell us the application, the process temperature and the target market's regulatory requirements; we answer with the grade and its actual numbers.
Sample trial
First orders start with a 1 kg sample for a trial run — checking dispersion, odour, cure density and appearance before any bulk order.
Batch testing and retention
Every batch ships with a COA covering the same items listed on the product page, and a retention sample is kept for re-testing if a dispute arises.
Documents and DG declaration
For exports we supply the MSDS, dangerous-goods packaging certificate, packing list and certificate of origin, and assist with the DG declaration and booking paperwork.
What we can supply
Standard shipping documents are free; bespoke testing, third-party re-testing and expedited paperwork are charged at cost. TDS and MSDS are not published here — please ask us for them.
